Over the past 30 years, Professor LIU has participated in the financial and economic law legislation and the relevant competent authorities’ interpretation the laws and regulations, including Capital Market, Financial Market or Company Law, Securities Exchange Law, Mergers and Acquisitions Law, Banking Law, Financial Holding Company Law, Securities Investment Trust and Investment Advisory Law, Fair Trade Law, and other financial and commercial laws and regulations. LIU is especially good at negotiating and resolving difficult legal disputes with his wealth of academic and practical experience, including corporate governance, litigation, non-litigation, settlement, investment, application and other types of business case handling.
